제12조(생활점검)

생활관장은 생활관 내 질서 유지 및 안전관리를 위해 필요한 경우 사전 안내 후 생활점검을 실시 할 수 있다. 생활점검은 다음 각 호와 같이 실시한다.

1. 점검사항 : 입주실내 청결상태 및 생활수칙 준수여부 등을 점검하고, 건의사항 및 불편사항을 청취한다.

2. 정기점검 : 반기 1회 이상 실시

3. 특별점검 : 생활관장이 필요하다고 판단되면 실시한다.

4. 생활점검은 사전 공지하여 실시하며 점검 기간 중 두 번째 방문 시에도 부재 혹은 불참하는 경우 입주실을 점검하고 입주학생에게 점검 사실을 통지하여야 한다.

5. 생활관장은 다음 사항에 해당될 경우에는 사전 안내를 거치지 않고 점검할 수 있으며, 점검을 마친 후 입주학생에게 점검 사실을 통지하여야 한다.

가. 응급조치가 요구되는 비상상황 및 화재가 발생한 경우

나. 입주학생이 생활관 내 공공의 이익을 저해하거나 위험한 행동을 한다고 판단될 경우

Article 12 (Living Inspections)

The dormitory director may conduct living inspections after providing advance notice if necessary to maintain order and safety within the dormitory. Living inspections will be conducted as follows:

1. Inspection Items: The dormitory director will inspect the cleanliness of the dormitory rooms and compliance with the dormitory rules, and listen to any suggestions or complaints.

2. Regular Inspections: Conducted at least once every six months.

3. Special Inspections: Conducted when the dormitory director deems necessary.

4. Living inspections are conducted with advance notice. If the dormitory director is absent or fails to attend the second inspection, the dormitory director will inspect the rooms and notify the resident of the inspection.

5. The dormitory director may conduct an inspection without prior notice in the following cases. The dormitory director will notify the resident of the inspection after the inspection is completed:

a. In the event of an emergency requiring emergency measures or a fire.

b. If a resident is deemed to be engaging in behavior that is detrimental to the public interest or dangerous within the dormitory.
