All the students living in Student Dormitory should have a medical check-up. Please see the below and have a medical check-up.

Who : Non-examined students living in Student Dormitory

Time and Place

A. Date : 3. 21.(THU) 「1day」

B. Time : 15:00 ~ 19:00(350 students a day by order arrival)

C. Place : In front of the lobby of Building 5

3. Please take you ID card(Alien Registration Card).

4. Please wear a cotton T-shirt(buttonless T-Shirt). No earrings, No necklaces.

5. Check-up List : Breast Radiography(Tuberculosis Test)

6. Check-up fee is included in the dormitory fee(3,000won).

7. If you don’t take the medical check-up,

A. If students who haven’t check-up with in additional period, you must take a medical check-up by yourself and submit a result to the office until March 29, 2019. (The result should be issued after 2018. Dec. 01).

B. Those who do not submit a medical check-up result until the deadline will be considered to be a health hazard to other students and forced to leave the student dormitory.
