[Those who want to apply for dormitory next year] 1st Semester of 2020 Student Dormitory Medical Check-up

It will be given to check medical check-up(chest X-ray) by The Korean National Tuberculosis Association for students(Those who want to apply for dormitory next year) for FREE.

Medical check-up document is necessary to apply for dormitory.
If you do it, you will don't need to submit it separately.
Therefore please see the below and have a medical check-up.

1. Who : Those who want to apply for dormitory next year.

2. Time and Place
  A. Date : 2019. 11. 21.(THU) ~ 2019. 11. 22.(FRI)
  B. Time : 10:00 ~ 16:00(400 students a day by order arrival)
  C. Place : In front of the lobby of Building 5

3. Please take you ID card(Alien Registration Card).

4. Please wear a cotton T-shirt(buttonless T-Shirt). No earrings, No necklaces.

5. Check-up List : Breast Radiography(Tuberculosis Test)

6. Check-up fee is free.

7. If you don’t take the medical check-up,
  ? Those who do not submit a medical check-up result will be considered to be a health hazard to other students and forced to leave the student dormitory.
